These bars make lovely luscious bubbles and have a slight exfoliating effect due to the salt. They gently remove dead skin cells and leave your skin feeling soft and smooth.
I use regular table salt due to the fine size of the granules. This means the soap is much less abrasive.
Salt soap cakes are great for all skin types and especially kind on mature aged skin and they make great facial cleaners.

I am so interested in salt bars, something I have as a soap maker never made.. they look so neat
They're simple to make Wendy ... need a little longer to cure ... and fabulous to use.
